It really depends upon two key factors: how long it’s been since you last updated your resume and how well you’ve kept records of your accomplishments over the years (or how soon you can obtain this information from other(s)). If it’s been a few years since you last updated your resume and you’ve kept good records over the years, you could go through the exercises and checklist and create a strong resume in a matter of hours.
