This program is for mid- to late-career professionals who have been working in their fields for at least 15 years.
In this three or six-month program, your sales professionals will receive weekly one-to-one coaching sessions directly with Audie Fridstein. They’ll learn how to improve their sales results (and your company's revenue) using a proven methodology, including key competencies top sales professionals learn, develop and consistently apply to successfully create and execute their strategic sales plans. As a result, they will become more focused, productive and strategic in their sales activities.
During the program, your sales leadership team will receive monthly coaching so they can speak the same language that the sales representatives learn in their own coaching sessions. Each member of the sales leadership team will also receive Coach-the-Coach training to help them reinforce what their sales people learn and better support their teams.
